Billings Athletic Club

This is the worst gym in Billings Montana. The equipment is old, the staff is rude and useless to assist you. I heard one of the desk staff yell at a woman on the phone who canceled her membership last December that she did not care if she was still being billed for the club. When you have a complaint the staff does not take it seriously. The locker rooms are filthy, the toilets have been clogged on numerous occasions, and you will see young children in the hot tub unsupervised. The manager, Terry, is too busy in meetings to address her staff. The weight rooms are old, a number of the elliptical workout machines have tape holding them together. They claim they have a pool, but it used by a woman who is self-centered, very selfish, full of tattoos and lacks the ability to teach while giving swimming lessons to children who urinate and defecate in it. The Health Department needs to be notified to the condition of the pool! The water is very murky if you dare swim in it. Get yourself a bike and ride

Not worth joining. Pool is too small for all they try to do with it, is often murky and water is less than pristine=illness;lower ladies' locker room is always freezing and half the lockers don't lock, one shower door won't stay latched; staff is at best challenged and at worst simply don't care. Management is inept.
