Be careful: They continued charging me after I had canceled my membership and then blamed me for the charge. I had to contact my credit card and stop payment before the management at Body Empowered Fitness took any action to look into their mistake. As a result of their continued charges, I incurred severe credit card overdraw issues: Body EMpowered Fitness does NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CLIENTS, they only care about how they can get as much money out of you as they can.

In terms of the actual facilities and workouts, its a great value as long as you get the right trainer. I had some great trainers and i had some that left me injured.

I would suggest trying to pay cash month by month as I wouldn't trust them with a credit card number.
